All of our high quality meats and seafood are brined in our secret family seasonings for up to 24 hours. They are then smoked 'Low and Slow' for up to 16 hours. Holy Smoked™ uses only fresh local ingredients when local is available and the highest quality meats, seafood and hardwoods. Charcoal or liquid smoke are never used in the preparation of any food.
